WINNING TIME - The Rangers won their second straight game and have won five of their last seven games, earning a point in 11 of their last 15 contests (10-4-1). New York earned its 38th win, tied for fourth in the league and became the seventh team in the league to pass the 80-point threshold.
POWER UP - New York tied the game in the third with a power play goal. Through 60 games, the Rangers' 26.8 power play percentage ranks second in the NHL behind Toronto (29.6). The Blueshirts have scored a power play goal in five of their last seven games and have tallied 19 goals on the man advantage in their last 22 games.
COMEBACK KINGS- For the 20th time this season, the Blueshirts came back to win, tied with Columbus for the most in the NHL. Tonight was the seventh third-period comeback from New York, tied for the fifth most in the league.
FAN FAVORITES - The Blueshirts tallied at least one point for the eighth time in their last nine games (7-1-1) and have earned a point in 14 of their last 16 games at MSG (12-2-2). The Rangers' .768-point percentage at home ranks fourth in the NHL.
OVERTIME HEROES - New York won their second game in the five-minute overtime session this season and first since Oct. 18 when Artemi Panarin won it in Toronto.
DUCK HUNTING - New York won its seventh straight game at home against the Ducks and has wins in 10 of its last 11 against them at MSG. It is the Blueshirts' longest home win streak against any one opponent in the league. Overall, the Rangers have won 11 of their last 14 games against Anaheim, dating back to Jan. 7, 2015 (11-2-1).
WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT NIGHT - The Rangers celebrated Women's Empowerment Night at Madison Square Garden in connection with Gender Equality Month.

• Adam Fox scored his first career overtime goal to cap off his three-point night (1G-2A). Fox has points in three-straight games (2G-4A), 12 points (2G-10A) in his last eight games and has points in 16 of his last 20 games (4G-21A) dating back to Jan. 13. Tonight was Fox's fourth three-point game of the season and ninth of his career. He leads NHL defensemen with 52 assists and ranks third among league defensemen with 61 points. It marks the 17th time in franchise history that a defenseman has recorded 60 or more points in a season, the latest being Brian Leetch in 2000-01.
  - Artemi Panarin extended his point streak to five games (1G-11A), one game shy of his longest point streak this season (6 GP - Jan. 15-27). Panarin has eight points in his last two games (1G-7A) and has recorded three or more point in back-to-back games for the second time this season (Dec. 4-7) and 10th time in his career. Panarin's 21 multi-point games rank fifth in the NHL and his nine three-plus point games rank tied for third in the league. Panarin has points in seven of his last eight games (2G-14A) and nine of his last 12 games (3G-16A). Panarin has recorded a point in 17 of his 25 home games this season for a total of 34 points (5G-29A).
  - Chris Kreider collected his 400th career point (216G-184A) when he scored his 39th goal of the season, tied for second in the league, and his league-leading 20th on the power play. Kreider is the first active Rangers skater to reach the milestone and the 17th player in franchise history to notch 400 points with the club. Kreider is the first Ranger since Jaromir Jagr in 2005-06 to score 20 or more power play goals in a season and the eighth player in team history to score 20 or more PPG's. Kreider became the sixth active skater to score at least 20 power-play goals in a season, joining Alex Ovechkin (4x), Steven Stamkos, Brayden Point, Patrik Laine and David Pastrnak.
  - Mika Zibanejad reached the 60-point mark with his 24th tally of the season and has goals in fourth in his last six games. Zibanejad has four goals and two assists for six points in seven games this month. In the month of March since 2017-18, no one has more goals than Zibanejad's 36. Zibanejad has points in six of his last eight games (4G-3A), 13 of his last 17 games (9G-9A) and in 21 of his last 26 games (13G-17A).
  - Filip Chytil tallied a point (A) in a second-straight contest and has points in four of his last six games (1G-3A) since March 4.
  - Jonny Brodzinski opened the scoring with his first goal of the season and first since Feb. 26, 2021 against Boston while with New York. Brodzinski is the 22nd different Ranger to score a goal this season.
  - Braden Schneider registered his fifth career assist and sixth career point in the win.
  - Alexandar Georgiev made 20 saves on 23 shots to earn his eighth win of the season and first since January 8 against the Ducks.
