You must be located in Alberta at the time of an online purchase and be 18 years of age or older. Certain individuals are not eligible to participate, including specified employees, directors, players, immediate family members, event-specific beneficiary representatives and venue ticket-selling volunteers.

The online purchasing system uses location-verification technology. Attempts to circumvent system capabilities through automated or other technical means, including bots, scrapers or VPNs used to alter the appearance of a purchaser’s location, are prohibited.

Tickets are generally available beginning at 12:01 a.m. MST on the first day of each 50/50 Raffle Event. For the 50/50 Raffle Event running September 14–October 3, 2026, ticket sales begin at 9:00 a.m. MST on the first day of the event. Sales close at 11:00 p.m. MST on the final day of each event. The draw takes place after sales close and is announced no later than 11:59 p.m. on the final day.

Online at www.edmontonoilers.com/5050 during a 50/50 Raffle Event. Tickets may also be purchased in person at Rogers Place, inside Ford Hall, in ICE District and in the surrounding areas identified in the official raffle rules, from 50/50 sellers. In-venue sales begin two hours before the applicable Edmonton Oilers home game or away playoff game and end 15 minutes after the game, or at 11:00 p.m. MST, whichever is earlier.

The winning raffle ticket number is posted shortly after the draw at www.edmontonoilers.com/5050. The winning number selected through the random number generator is the valid winning number.

Online purchases are completed through the payment options available in the purchase portal. Follow the instructions on the 50/50 purchase page to select your product, confirm your eligibility, enter your contact and billing information, and complete payment.

After an approved transaction, you will receive an on-screen confirmation with your order ID, followed by an email confirmation. A second email, referred to as the shipping confirmation, contains the purchase information and your raffle ticket number(s). Enter your email address carefully and check your spam or junk folder if the ticket email does not arrive.

It may take several hours to receive the email containing your raffle ticket number(s), particularly during periods of high sales volume. If you have not received your ticket(s) by 9:00 a.m. MST on the day after the 50/50 Raffle Event, check your spam and junk folders. If the ticket email is still missing, email [email protected] before noon MST that same day, using the email address used for the purchase. Resends are processed between noon and 3:00 a.m. MST. Requests received after noon will not be processed. Even if the ticket email has not arrived, tickets are entered into the draw immediately after purchase.

No. All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued, including when a purchaser makes an error in selecting the number of tickets they wish to purchase.

No. Tickets may not be transferred to another person before the prize is claimed.

The holder of the ticket containing the winning raffle ticket number must present the ticket to the Foundation by 4:00 PM. MST, four business days after the winning number is announced. To claim the prize, contact [email protected] and provide the purchase email, the winning ticket and a copy of government-issued photo identification and address. The name on the identification must match the name used to purchase the ticket. The claimant must also provide any information required by provincial gaming regulations and complete a Declaration and Release. Prizes are awarded within 60 days after the required documents are received.
