The Maple Leafs are second in the Atlantic Division but trail the first-place Lightning by 16 points. Tampa Bay is 11-2-0 in its past 13 games and has scored at least four goals in 12 of its past 17 games. Forward Nikita Kucherov leads the NHL with 75 points (22 goals, 53 assists) but has been held scoreless in the each of the past two games. He hasn't gone three games without a point this season. Andrei Vasilevskiy, who made 48 saves against Toronto in a 4-1 win on Dec. 13, will start for the Lightning. Toronto's Frederik Andersen will make his second start after returning from a groin injury.
