Cardio or lifting: Lifting

Leg day or arm day: Leg day

Running or biking: Biking

Pool or hot tub: Pool

3. What is your favorite exercise?

Dumbbell lunge

4. What exercise do you dread?

None, I like them all.

5. What is your go-to post-workout meal?

A protein shake, then a grilled chicken with roasted potatoes and vegetables.
