Wild team scope

The Minnesota Wild will attempt to extend their winning streak to 11 games against the Nashville Predators at Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday. Their 10-game run is a team record and they have outscored opponents 37-16 during that span. Forwards Zach Parise and Erik Haula are expected back in the lineup. Haula missed three games with a lower-body injury and Parise missed two with an illness. "It's gotten better," Parise said. "I just haven't felt great for a little while. I'm hoping that I'm over it. Hopefully it's getting out of my system." The Wild defeated the Predators 5-2 in Nashville on Dec. 15 and expect a good test from them. "This is a big divisional game, a good opportunity for us," goaltender Devan Dubnyk said. "They gave us a real tough time here last time we were in here and we got a big win, so we know that it's going to start tonight." Dubnyk has not lost in regulation since a 3-2 defeat to the Colorado Avalanche on Nov. 19.

Predators team scope

The Predators will be without defenseman P.K. Subban for the fifth consecutive game; he is day to day with an upper-body injury. The Predators controlled much of their last game against the Wild but fell behind in the first period and weren't able to come back. They hope to have a more complete game Tuesday. "They're playing really good hockey right now so we've got to be at our best," captain Mike Fisher said. "We've got to have a real, real good game tonight and obviously be better than we were last time. We'll get up for it. It's going to be a fun game." The Predators are 10-4-3 at Bridgestone Arena but 2-3-2 in their past seven home games.
