Philipp Grubauer stretch pregame warmup New York Rangers 2019 January 4

DALLAS--Philipp Grubauer will make his third consecutive start in net this evening as the Colorado Avalanche wraps up a two-game, Central Division road trip at the Dallas Stars.
Grubauer has won his previous two outings, posting a 22-save shutout on Sunday versus the New Jersey Devils and stopping 36 shots in Colorado's 3-1 victory at the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday.

The netminder has a 4-2-0 record, 0.83 goals-against average, .971 save percentage and three shutouts in his last seven games, six of them being starts.
Head coach Jared Bednar said following the club's morning skate at American Airlines Center that he won't make any changes to his lineup and will use an 11-forward, seven-defensemen configuration for a third straight game.
The Avs made a roster move earlier today, reassigning A.J. Greer to the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League.
Below is the Avalanche's projected lineup based on the forward combinations and defensive pairings from the start of Tuesday outing against the Wild. They are subject to change.
