NEW YORK (Jan. 16, 2023) - Seattle Kraken goaltender Martin Jones, Detroit Red Wings left wing Lucas Raymond and Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov have been named the NHL's "Three Stars" for the week ending Jan. 15.

Kucherov collected 3-4-7 (including 1-4-5 on the power play) in three outings to propel the Lightning (27-13-1, 55 points) to a perfect week. He notched 2-2-4, highlighted by the game-winning goal, in a 6-3 triumph over the Columbus Blue Jackets Jan. 10. It marked Kucherov's 21st career four-point performance, which ranks second in the NHL since he entered the League in 2013-14 (behind only Connor McDavid: 30). Kucherov then posted 1-1-2 in a 5-4 victory against the Vancouver Canucks Jan. 12 before closing the week with an assist in a 4-2 win versus the St. Louis Blues Jan. 14. The 29-year-old Kucherov has skated in 41 total contests this season, placing among the League leaders in assists (2nd; 45), power-play assists (2nd; 22), points (3rd; 62) and power-play points (3rd; 28).
