The National Hockey League announced today that the Round Robin matchup between the Washington Capitals and the Philadelphia Flyers will begin at 4 p.m. on Thursday at Scotiabank Arena. The game will be televised on NBC Sports Washington and streamed live on the MyTeams app and NBCSportsWashington.com

Washington's start time and TV assignment for the Round Robin matchup against the Boston Bruins on Sunday, August 9 will be announced at a later time.

NBCSW will present extended pregame and postgame shows surrounding the remaining Round Robin games. All live coverage will be available to stream on the MyTeams app and on NBCSportsWashington.com.

The game will also be broadcast on 106.7 The Fan FM, and on the 24-hour radio channel, Caps Radio 24/7, devoted specifically to the Capitals. In addition to broadcasting all games, Caps Radio 24/7 will continue to provide instant news and access to the Capitals, including live game audio, exclusive Capitals playoff-related hockey content throughout the day.
