BostonBruins.com- As the Bruins prepare for the Winter Classic in South Bend, some of the organization's top prospects are playing in a signature event of their own, as Boston has six youngsters participating in the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship. Here's an update on how they're doing since our last check in following Day 1:

Daniel Bukac | D - Czech Republic

The 2017 seventh-round pick had three shots on goal in 19:06 of ice time in a 2-1 loss to Russia on Friday.

Kyle Keyser | G - United States

The Florida native made 28 saves - including a huge breakaway stop on Adam Boqvist in overtime - during the United States' thrilling 5-4 OT loss to Sweden on Saturday night. The United States overcame a 4-0 deficit with just over 10 minutes to play in regulation to force extra time.

Jakub Lauko | F - Czech Republic

The 2018 third-round pick landed two shots on goal in 11:13 during the Czech Republic's 2-1 loss to Russia on Friday.

Pavel Shen | F - Russia

The 2018 seventh-round pick had a goal and two shots in Russia's 4-0 victory over Denmark on Thursday, during which he played 15:44. Shen added an assist in a 2-1 win over the Czech Republic on Friday. His two points rank second among the Russians.

Jack Studnicka | F - Canada

The 19-year-old Ontario native is tied for 10th in scoring for the tournament with 4 points (goal, three assists) through three games. Studnicka landed two shots on goal in the Canada's 3-2 win over Switzerland on Thursday, before notching two assists and a plus-2 rating in just 9:50 of ice time during a 5-1 drubbing of the Czech Republic on Saturday.

Urho Vaakanainen | D - Finland

The blue liner landed three shots on goal in 20:50 of ice time in Finland's 5-0 win over Kazakhstan on Thursday. He followed up with an assist, a plus-2 rating, and two shots on goal, while logging a team-high 21:02 in a 5-1 victory against Slovakia on Saturday.
