The Columbus Blue Jackets have added center Josh Dunne to the roster on emergency recall from the Cleveland Monsters, the club's American Hockey League affiliate, General Manager and Alternate Governor Jarmo Kekalainen announced today.

Dunne, 24, has recorded four penalty minutes, seven shots, 15 hits and seven blocked shots in nine career games with the Blue Jackets since making his NHL debut in 2020-21. He has skated in three games with the club in 2022-23, including making his season debut vs. Dallas on December 19. He played in his first NHL game on Apr. 15, 2021 at Dallas and registered four penalty minutes and seven shots in six games with Columbus in 2020-21.
The O'Fallon, Missouri native has added 34-23-57 with 120 penalty minutes, 12 power play goals and 235 shots in 103 career AHL games over the past three seasons with the Monsters. He has set AHL career highs while leading the Monsters in penalty minutes and ranking second in goals, points and shots in 2022-23 with 20-16-36, 67 PIM and 153 shots in 59 appearances. The 6-4, 2-11-pound forward originally signed a two-year, entry level contract with the Blue Jackets on Mar. 14, 2021.
