Projected Lineup: Avalanche at Islanders

NEW YORK--The Colorado Avalanche makes its only visit to the New York Islanders today with a matinee meeting at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

It is the second outing of a three-game East Coast trip for the Avs and the first half of a back-to-back set. They will play their last matchup in the eastern time zone on Sunday at the Boston Bruins.
Due to the 11 a.m. MT start time, Colorado did not have a pre-game skate and its exact lineup won't be known until closer to game time.
Semyon Varlamov was beween the pipes for the Avalanche in its last outing on Thursday at the Washington Capitals and made 38 saves in a 4-3 overtime loss.
Colorado recalled defenseman Ryan Graves from the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League on Friday, and it is unknown if he will play against the Islanders. He has skated in nine NHL contests this season and has scored two goals.
