What Is Inside Sales?

Inside Sales is your opportunity to grow a career within the sport industry. Our entry-level training program is designed to develop the next future stars of sport sales with the goal of promoting talent to Account Executive level positions internally within the company.

During your time in Inside Sales you will learn the best habits, practices, and processes to drive revenue through ticket sales while becoming a well-rounded business professional. We are seeking coach-able, positive minded, hardworking individuals to join our Shark Cage with the goal of developing them into high level sales professionals. By jumping into the cage you will be surrounding yourself with some of the strongest leaders and networks in the industry whose sole focus is to help you grow a long prosperous career within sport sales.

Upon launching your career as an Inside Sales Consultant with the Sharks, you will be exposed to a hands on detailed on-board to prepare you for all aspects of the sales process and best practices for being a well rounded business professional. However, our training does not stop there. We execute trainings such as a FINdamentals series, B2B, and many others across our Ticket Sales and Service floor to continual develop all of our Inside Sales Consultants & Account Executives.
