The Inside Sales Program

Inside Sales is 12-month long entry-level program designed to launch your career in the sports industry. This program is an amazing opportunity to learn from the best leaders in the industry who have amazing trainings in place to make you successful in any sports sales role. You'll develop the skills and habits needed to drive ticket sales and grow into a well-rounded business professional. Dive in a little deeper to learn more about why you want to work for Team Teal!

Career Development

Join the Shark Cage to work with top leaders and networks in the industry, all focused on helping you build a successful career in sports sales. We have tried and true methods that have helped grow the top leaders all over the sports industry, that we now deem as our Inside Sales Alumni!

Comprehensive Training

This begins on day 1 all the way to day 365, with hands-on onboarding and continued development through programs like Tank Teaches, B2B workshops, and more to refine your skills and grow as a professional.

We prioritize training from the moment you start all the way till you conclude our program. However, although our trainings and teachings last with you for a lifetime, so do the bonds you create here. Within your first few weeks you will receive a mentor who helps you out every step of the way. We always say around here its not just a mentor for a bit, but a mentor for life.

No prior sales experience is required! We seek coachable, hardworking, and positive-minded individuals eager to learn and grow.

What kind of training will I receive?

You’ll start with a hands-on onboarding to master the sports sales processes, followed by ongoing programs like tank teaches training, one-to-one coaching, and bootcamp workshops designed to refine your skills.

What career opportunities are available after completing the program?

Graduates often advance to Account Executive roles, with opportunities to grow further within the Sharks organization or the sports industry. We have a really great track record of internal growth, but have also grown others all over the industry!
