'Embedded' heads to the lake for a picnic with the Okposos

New Sabres Captain Kyle Okposo invited the "Buffalo Sabres: Embedded" cameras to spend an afternoon with his family.
In the newest episode of the behind-the-scenes series presented by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York, fans will get a unique look at Okposo playing backyard sports and enjoying a lakeside picnic with his wife Danielle and their four children.

Okposo also reflects on how he's grown into a leader with the Sabres, his hopes for the young players on the team, and why he and his family have made Buffalo their full-time home for the past four years.
