At 19:54 of the second period in the Jets/Coyotes game, the Situation Room initiated a video review to examine a play at the Winnipeg net. Video review confirmed that Arizona's Alex Goligoski kicked the puck directly into the Winnipeg net. According to Rule 49.2 "A goal cannot be scored by an attacking player who uses a distinct kicking motion to propel the puck into the net." No goal Arizona.
