The experts from NHL Network and NHL.com have made their picks for the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, and the St. Louis Blues are an overwhelming favorite to defeat the Dallas Stars and advance to the Western Conference Final. Of the 21 experts, one -- NHL.com Editor in Chief Bill Price -- has Dallas advancing past the second round. Price is the lone expert to pick the Stars to win the Stanley Cup.
