The Lightning and Capitals play the second of three regular season meetings on Wednesday night at Capital One Arena.
Tampa Bay won the first matchup of the year between the clubs last Saturday night, outscoring Washington 3-1 in the third period en route to a 6-3 victory. The two teams will face each other one more time in Tampa on March 30.
