True North Sports + Entertainment was pleased to host its annual Winnipeg Jets Toy Drive presented by Wawanesa Insurance. All gifts and proceeds were given to the Christmas Cheer Board in time for the holiday season. The Toy Drive ran from Tuesday, November 21st with the Toy Drive game taking place on Saturday, December 2nd as the Jets defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 3-1. In 2023, the Toy Drive campaign raise approximately $24,000 in donations and over 900 toys.
As presenting sponsor, Wawanesa generously donated $10,000 to the Christmas Cheer Board to help kick off the Toy Drive and support families in need during the holiday season.
