THE GAME
Tampa Bay jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first period before the Golden Knights scored three consecutive goals, courtesy of James Neal, Jonathan Marchessault and Erik Haula. The Lightning tied the game late in the third period before Theodore rattled home a one-timer off of a pass from Marchessault with just 2.3 seconds remaining in the game. Marc-Andre Fleury made 35 saves to secure the 4-3 win.
AT THE TIME
The Vegas Golden Knights captured their third straight victory and advanced to a 22-9-2 record on the season.
