The Columbus Blue Jackets invite fans to follow the first round of the 2018 NHL Draft at R Bar in the Arena District on Friday, June 22 starting at 7 p.m. In addition to live television coverage from American Airlines Center in Dallas, the event will be highlighted by a special edition of Sports Radio 97.1 The Fan's "Inside Edge" radio show from 8-10 p.m. live at R Bar. Blue Jackets broadcasters Bob McElligott, Jody Shelley, Jeff Rimer and Bill Davidge will offer commentary and analysis of the first-round selections and cover breaking NHL news as it happens on the draft floor.
The evening will also feature prize giveaways, text-to-win opportunities and Labatt Blue drink specials. All fans attending the party must be at least 21 years of age.
