Blue Jackets announce December game-night promotions

The Columbus Blue Jackets close out 2019 by hosting the Florida Panthers on Tuesday, Dec. 31 with a New Year's Eve Game presented by New Amsterdam Vodka. The first 10,000 fans will receive a pair of "2020" sunglasses to ring in the new year and the evening will be capped off with a postgame indoor firework show.
The New Year's Eve version of the Dispatch Family Value Pack, which already includes a game ticket, hot dog, Pepsi and popcorn, also comes with access to a pregame skate from 4-6 p.m. in the OhioHealth Ice Haus. Packages start at $30 per person. To purchase, visit

Thursday, Dec. 19 vs. Los Angeles Kings- "Ohio Lottery Lucky Night" - First 7,000 fans will receive an Ohio Lottery scratch-off ticket.

The Blue Jackets return to action tonight when they visit the Detroit Red Wings. Game time from Little Caesars Arena is 7:30 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast live on FOX Sports Ohio and the FOX Sports Go app. Coverage begins at 7 p.m. with the "Blue Jackets Live" pre-game show. The game will also be broadcast on the Eldorado Gaming Scioto Downs Blue Jackets Radio Network, including WWCD 102.5 FM.
