Schedule scenarios for Blue Jackets-Bruins series announced

Eastern Conference Semifinals begin on April 25 in Boston

The Columbus Blue Jackets and Boston Bruins will meet in an Eastern Conference Semifinal series beginning Thursday, April 25 at TD Garden in Boston. The National Hockey League announced schedule scenarios this evening based on Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series between Washington and Carolina (Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. ET). The complete schedule, including start times and broadcast information, will be released on Wednesday. The Blue Jackets advanced to the second round of the 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs with a four-game series win over the top-seeded Tampa Bay Lightning, while the Bruins earned a seven-game series win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. PLAYOFF CENTRAL: News, notes, and highlights

In addition to national television coverage, FOX Sports Ohio will air the "Blue Jackets Live" post-game show immediately after each game of the series. Brian Giesenschlag and Bill Davidge will serve as hosts with Jeff Rimer, Jody Shelley and Dave Maetzold providing insight, analysis and interviews from the arena. All Blue Jackets playoff games will be broadcast live on the Eldorado Scioto Downs Blue Jackets Radio Network, including flagship station Sports Radio 97.1 The Fan, and online at BlueJackets.com, with Bob McElligott calling the action and Shelley providing color analysis. Coverage will begin with a one-hour pre-game show prior to each radio broadcast.
