COLUMBUS, OHIO ---The Columbus Blue Jackets have activated center Lukas Sedlak off Injured Reserve, club General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced today.
Sedlak, 24, has missed the past 13 games due to an ankle injury suffered in the team's practice on October 23. He has notched nine goals and six assists for 15 points with 29 penalty minutes and is +8 in 70 career NHL games with the Blue Jackets, including posting 2-0-2 with four penalty minutes in eight contests this season.

The Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic native made his NHL debut with the club in 2016-17, recording 7-6-13, 25 penalty minutes and was +10 in 62 games. He led the team in faceoff percentage (52.4 pct.) and finished second among Jackets rookies in goals and points (tied). Columbus' seventh-round selection, 158th overall, in the 2011 NHL Draft, Sedlak has added 28-20-48 with 83 penalty minutes and was +22 in 149 career AHL games with Lake Erie and Springfield.
The Blue Jackets return to action on Wednesday when they host the Calgary Flames at Nationwide Arena. Game time is 7 p.m. ET.
