The Avalanche begins the second half of a season-long, six-game road trip Tuesday night in Vancouver, where it plays the first of three matchups against the Canucks. Colorado will play in Vancouver again on Feb. 20 before hosting the Canucks on Feb. 26 to wrap up the season series. The Avs are 56-41-16 all-time against Vancouver (since 1995-96), including a 28-22-7 mark as the road team.

Thursday, February 1 at Edmonton Oilers

Rogers Place, 7 p.m. MT, TV: Altitude, Radio: 950 AM
Colorado squares off against the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday night. The teams will face each other three times in 2017-18, with all three matchups taking place in the month of February. The Oilers will visit the Mile High City on Feb. 18, and the Avs pay one more visit to Edmonton on Feb. 22. Colorado was winless in three games against the Oilers last season but has won three of its last five outings on the road in the series.

Saturday, February 3 at Winnipeg Jets

The Avs close out the road trip against the Central Division-leading Winnipeg Jets on Saturday evening. Colorado is 2-0-0 against the Jets so far this season, with both victories coming in overtime. Nathan MacKinnon potted the overtime-winner in the first tilt on Nov. 29, and Erik Johnson provided the OT heroics on Jan. 2. The Avs and Jets will face off again on Feb. 16 in Winnipeg to close out their four-game season series.

Player Spotlight: Anton Lindholm

Lindholm tallied his first NHL point on Thursday night against the Blues, registering an assist on Alexander Kerfoot's second-period goal. Lindholm is averaging 13:31 in time on ice this season and has a plus-3 rating. He ranks third among Avalanche defensemen with 70 hits and second in hits per game (2.1).
