The Colorado Avalanche will host its second annual free-of-charge Fan Fest from 5-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, at Pepsi Center.
The Avalanche Fan Fest is a fun, interactive experience that provides fans with an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the innerworkings of an Avs team practice. Fan Fest will offer free popcorn, hot dogs and sodas for all attendees. New this year, fans will have the opportunity to win a stick from their favorite Avs player during a special, on-ice ceremony.

Fans will get a peek into practice strategy, view "live" in-practice interviews with players and coaches and experience an end-of-practice Avs player contest. Thursday's event will also include an exclusive Q&A session with head coach Jared Bednar, hosted by Altitude Sports play-by-play announcer Marc Moser and color analyst Peter McNab.
The Avs Fan Fest is a non-ticketed event, but fans are strongly encouraged to RSVP. Names from RSVPs will be entered to win fantastic prizes, including signed items and a suite for a game! (Note: you must be present at the Avs Fan Fest to claim your prize)
Other opportunities at the event include photo ops with macot Bernie and the Avalanche Ice Patrol and discounted concessions. Parking for the event is free in the Toyota Camry lot (located west of the Grand Atrium/main entrance).
