All account changes must be made in writing either by mail or e-mail to your Fan Relations Representative. Please be sure to include your name, account number, old and new address for address changes, phone number and email address. Only the primary account member is authorized to make changes on the account for personal accounts. For corporate accounts only the authorized representative is allowed to submit any changes. There is a link on My Wild Account where you may request your password be emailed to you. Otherwise you may call or email your Fan Relations Representative and he/she will be able to provide you with your password. If you do not know who your Fan Relations Representative is please call 651-222-WILD (9453).
Contact your Fan Relations Representative as soon as possible to notify him/her that you have lost or misplaced your HIA card. Your Wild Fan Relations Representative will assist you in getting your card reprinted and canceling your misplaced tickets. You may also stop by the Season Ticket Member Priority Window at Xcel Energy Center Box Office prior to the game.

For a $50 donation to the Minnesota Wild Foundation, the Wild will display a scoreboard message to a friend or loved one during a game. Scoreboard messages will be displayed starting at the first TV timeout of the 2nd period. Click here to fill out the form at least 48 hrs prior to your desired game.
The weekly Season Ticket Holder newsletter "Our Pond" should arrive automatically after you've become a Season Ticket Member. If it does not, please contact your Fan Relations Representative.
Gates open 90 minutes prior to all games. The exception is VIP Gate 5, which opens two hours prior to all Minnesota Wild games, allowing premium seat members early access to the RBC Wealth Management Club Level and Executive Suite Level Areas as well as the On the Glass member's access to the Audi quattro Club.
Yes, the Minnesota Wild have a Birthday program. Click here and fill out the request form to receive a Wild Birthday Gift Pack. If you are attending a Wild game, you can pick up your Birthday Gift Pack from Guest Services near section 104/105.
All children age 2 and older require a ticket for admission to Wild games. Children who have not reached their second birthday may enter Xcel Energy Center without a ticket for Wild games. Please visit xcelenergycenter.com for age restrictions for specific events.
The gift card is redeemable for food & beverage and Hockey Lodge merchandise purchases. The gift card may be used at any concession stand or other arena dining options that accept credit card transactions and may not be applied towards gratuity. The value on the card expires at the end of the 2018-2019 regular season.
