Access Your Tickets




Download and open the Minnesota Wild App.

Select 'MANAGE TICKETS' on the home or tickets page.

Then click 'Log in with SeatGeek'.

Select 'CONTINUE'.

Enter your Wild SeatGeek account email. Click "Use Password Instead" to log in with your password. Or use "Instantly Log In" to receive a one-time log in code via email.

Select the event you want to access.

Select the 'TICKETS' icon.

Swipe to view the QR code for each individual ticket, these will be scanned at the entrance gates. Upon opening, your ticket will automatically download and save to your Wild Mobile App for easy access on gameday!

Transfer Your Tickets




Select the event you wish to transfer tickets for.

Select 'TRANSFER'.

Search and/or insert the information for the person you want to transfer tickets to.

Select the tickets and use the ">" to adjust the number of seats and hit send!

Sell Your Tickets




Select the event you wish to sell tickets for.

Select the quantity, preferences, splits, and payout you would like.

"Payout" will allow you to choose how you are paid if tickets sell.

Select "List Tickets on Marketplace"

How do I add or verify a payment method in SeatGeek?

To add a credit card or to verfiy the credit card(s) on your account, please follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to your SeatGeek Account
  2. Select the "Profile" tab
  3. Scroll down to the "Payment Methods" section
Will my tickets automatically transfer to SeatGeek?

Yes. Your Minnesota Wild membership tickets will be transferred to your SeatGeek account as part of the transition process. We’ll notify you when your tickets are available to view and manage.

Why do I need to create or verify a SeatGeek account?

Creating or verifying your account helps ensure a secure and seamless transition.

By completing this step early, you’ll be ready to access your tickets as soon as they’re available and avoid any delays before the season begins.

What if I already have a SeatGeek account?

In most cases, you’ll simply need to verify that the email address associated with your SeatGeek account matches the email address on your My Wild Account.

We’ll provide instructions if any additional action is needed.
