I Have a Partner

No, unless you provide your login information to your partners. When tickets are transferred via email to your partner, he/she will receive an email that will prompt them to create their own My Wild Account. The instructions are in the email notifying them of the game tickets you have transferred to them.

All game tickets will be pre-loaded onto your own personalized Home Ice Advantage "C" Card. It is the responsibility of the primary account member to determine how the tickets are distributed among your group. Through My Wild Account you will be able to transfer your tickets to your partners for free. Once your partners access the tickets they will be able to print the tickets you forward to them.

No, each partner listed on the account will have their own Home Ice Advantage Card to use at the gate. The Primary Season Ticket member must first transfer the tickets to each partner.

If you have transferred the tickets via email, under Manage Tickets, select the event for which you wish to cancel the transfer. Select Cancel Transfer. If your partner has already accepted the tickets through the email, the partner will need to transfer the tickets back via email through My Wild Account, just as you had transferred them.

Yes. Your entire ticket package is available online at My Wild Account. However, if the tickets are not paid for a week prior to day of game, the tickets will be inactive.

Yes. Simply check the box next to the seats that you would like to forward or print and continue through the transferring or printing process on My Wild Account. All unchecked seats will remain on the Home Ice Advantage card for the game you're managing.

Log in to My Wild Account and find the tickets you had transferred via email. Is the email address correct? If so, make sure your partner has checked his/her spam filter and junk mail. If not, click the red Transfer & Resale button. Select offers sent via email, click Cancel Offer

Please contact your Fan Relations Representative with name, email, and phone number of the partner you would like to add.

General Questions

If your Home Ice Advantage card is lost or gets stolen please contact your Fan Relations Account Executive immediately. Your card will be deactivated and will no longer be able to gain entry to Xcel Energy Center. A replacement card will be re-issued for you to use the remainder of the season.

You can list your tickets for sale through the NHL Ticket Exchange website just like in the past. Simply log on through My Wild Account and list your tickets for sale.

 Wild Season Ticket Members can now transfer and print their season tickets free of charge using My Wild Account Manager.

Yes. Mobile ticketing is now available. You can access My Wild Account Manager via the browser on your smartphone to view your tickets for entering Xcel Energy Center, and also to transfer your tickets to family/friends/clients.

What to Expect at the Game

  1. Hand your Home Ice Advantage Card to the Ticket Attendant to scan
  2. Ticket Attendant will provide you with Seat Locators for each seat assigned to your Home Ice Advantage Card
  3. Keep your Seat Locator handy for reference to your seats -- your Section, Row, and Seat will be printed on it
  4. Enjoy the game!

If you choose not to wait for your entire party to enter together, the Home Ice Advantage Card gives you the flexibility to get tickets to your friends, family or clients in their hands.

  1. Transfer via Email - prior to the game you can transfer their seats via email by logging on to My Wild Account. The recipient can print the ticket(s) or load to his or her smartphone.
  2. Leave at Will Call - last minute changes? Head to the Xcel Energy Center Box Office located off Kellogg Boulevard to Windows 1 or 2 for Season Ticket Member assistance.
