Legends Level Interest 

I’m interested but want to know more specific pricing. When will that be available? 

• On September 2, after the conclusion of all events, impacted members received a form via email requesting a selection of interest in learning more about The Legends Level or relocating for the 2027-28 Season. If the price points and benefits shared during the events were of interest, please indicate that you would like to learn more through the email form or with your service representative.

I’m not interested in The Legends Level but I have a friend who might be. Who should I contact?  

• Current Sharks365 Members who have interest in The Legends Level should contact their Membership Services Representative to learn more.
• If you have a friend, family member or other acquaintance who is not currently a Sharks365 Member who has interest in The Legends Level, please feel free to refer them to your Membership Services Representative to learn more.

Will I need to purchase any type of personal seat license (PSL) for the Legends Level? 

• No, we will not be introducing PSLs for any Legends Level seats.

Relocation 

How were seats selected for removal or inclusion in The Legends Level? 

• The seats that were selected to be included in the Legends Level ticket packages are essentially based on proximity and the ability for the guests who will be on the Legends Level to be able to access the arena bowl.

I’m a loyal fan who has been in my seat location for a long time. Are you actually able to relocate me? 

• We know that many members in the impacted areas have been with us for a long time, have built community with the fans around them and enjoy their seats. While we understand this change is an inconvenience, we have proactively identified several comparable seating options for you to choose from during this much-needed upgrade to SAP Center.

I’m not interested in receiving Teal Tokens as a relocation benefit because I’m barely able to use the ones I already have. 

• We’ve found that Sharks365 Members use their Teal Tokens in a variety of ways. As a reminder, Teal Tokens can be used for food, beverage and merchandise at SAP Center, Tech CU Arena, the Sharks Ice Family of Rinks and all Sharks Pro Shop locations, including sharksproshop.com. They can also be used to gift merchandise to other Sharks fans in their life for holidays or special events, corporate gifting for employee raffles, rewards or other employee benefit programs or group or suite night surprise and delight items. You’re also able to transfer these Teal Tokens to others if you have friends, family or guests attending a game. Under the circumstances in knowing that one size doesn't fit all, we felt Teal Tokens provided the greatest flexibility for our fans to use these assets as they best see fit.

What else do I receive for being relocated besides Teal Tokens? 

• In addition to receiving Teal Tokens, members impacted by The Legends Level will receive first priority during our Early Renewal opportunity to select seating for the 2027-28 Season. We are beginning these conversations well in advance of other season ticket holders and to your relocation to ensure you have time to speak with your representative, review options and make a seat selection you feel confident about. Additionally, you will receive special access to our March Seat Relocation Program, which will allow you to review additional seating options that may become available after the renewal process has concluded.

How did you select seat options for relocation? Did you start with the members who spend the most or the most tenured? 

• Our service leadership team reviewed available seat locations in the spring and individually selected comparable options for accounts impacted by The Legends Level, based on your seating location. Two comparable locations were selected for each account, with “comparable” being seats within your current section or a similar area on the other side of the arena.

What if I don’t like the alternative seating options provided to me? 

• While we’ve set aside locations we believe you might be interested in, if you would like to look at alternative options you will have time to discuss other seating opportunities with your service representative during the Early Renewal period. During this time, which will take place from roughly December through mid-January, we’ll be focusing specifically on accounts like yours who are impacted by The Legends Level to ensure we’re able to find you an acceptable option.

What is happening to my seat once it’s removed? Can I have it? 

• We reviewed the ability to offer seats to members but due to the way in which the seats are constructed and connected, as well as the speed that they need to be removed in order to have the bowl ready for the 2027-28 season, we are unfortunately not able to salvage them for members.

Miscellaneous Questions 

It seems to me that the team is more worried about catering to corporate crowds rather than the fans that have supported them for years just as the team gets good.  

• I can understand why you may feel that way with our recent events and conversations focused on The Legends Level, but this is just the first step of reimagining SAP Center for all fans. Beginning in the 2027-28 Season we’ll have a newly relocated and expanded Pro Shop and new south bar, in addition to necessary infrastructure upgrades throughout the arena.  
• As the Reimagination continues, every seat in the arena bowl will be replaced, new elevated concourses will create an overall improved fan experience with better flow on the main level, additional gathering spaces both inside and outside the arena, improved technology will allow for quicker transactions at food and beverage locations and revitalized restrooms.

I don’t want to renew next year. Can you take care of that for me now? 

• The opt-out opportunity will be available in February of 2027. During this time you will be able to review your renewal opportunity and benefits and, if you choose, you will be able to acknowledge you don’t wish to continue your Sharks365 Membership.

Are all seats going to see price increases next year?  

• These decisions have not yet been finalized. We will provide season ticket pricing for the 2027-28 Season during the Early Renewal opportunity in December, allowing you to make an informed decision about your renewal.
