Thank you for your unparalleled passion, loyalty, and support! Sharks365 members are the lifeblood of the San Jose Sharks organization, and it means so very much that you are a part of this tremendous community, one that is bigger than the game.

Looking ahead to the 2024-25 season, we have two primary goals:

  1. Ensure that you and your fellow Sharks365 members both feel and understand just how valuable you are to the Sharks. We mean it when we say Members Matter Most!

  2. Provide you with a seamless experience as you continue your journey in Teal and as a member of the Sharks365 community.

One of the first steps in achieving these goals and maximizing your membership value is to provide you with answers to the most frequently asked questions.

MEMBER-EXCLUSIVE EVENT ACCESS

Sharks365 members are invited to a minimum of five (5) member-exclusive events each year, which typically include Meet the Sharks, Summer BBQ, Ice Insights, Holiday Party, and Paint the Ice. In addition to these events, rest assured that you will also have access to any other member get-togethers that have yet to be announced!

How do I see which events are available?

Invitations and details for all events, including an RSVP process for each, are communicated via email typically 3-4 weeks ahead of each event. If you feel that you have missed an invitation(s), please review Account Manager and/or check in with your dedicated Membership Services Account Executive to ensure we have the correct contact information on file for you.

How many events can I sign up for?

Sharks365 members will be invited to every member event that is offered! Invitations are typically emailed out 3-4 weeks ahead of the event with associated RSVP instructions. Once you RSVP, your spot is guaranteed.

MEMBER SAVINGS ON FOOD, BEVERAGE, AND MERCHANDISE

How do I access my discounts for food, beverage, and merchandise purchases at SAP Center, Tech CU Arena, and/or Sharks Ice?

When purchasing food and/or non-alcoholic beverages or merchandise from the Sharks Pro Shop, primary account holders will need to log into their Sharks Digital Wallet to access their member discount. If your ticket(s) is transferred, the member discount will transfer as well and can be accessed through the transfer recipient’s Sharks Digital Wallet.

How much of a discount do I receive?

All Sharks365 members receive a discount of 20% on food and non-alcoholic beverages and a minimum of 20% off at all Sharks Pro Shop locations including sharksproshop.com.

EXCLUSIVE MEMBER GIFT

Each year, Sharks365 Members receive a special gift as one more way to thank you for your loyalty. The gift selections vary from year to year, but you can count on being able to choose the gift that means the most to you and that the selection is always full of fan favorites!

In addition, Sharks365 Members with five (5) or more years of tenure receive an additional gift associated with select tenure milestones.

EARLY ENTRY

How early can I enter SAP Center on Sharks gamedays?

Sharks365 members can enter the building 15 minutes prior to the doors opening to the general public.

How do I access the early entrance?

Outside the North and South entrances of SAP Center, you will see a designated entrance lane denoted by “Early Entry” signage. This lane is accessible for the full 15-minute Early Entry period. To enter the Tank ahead of the general public during the 15-minute early entry window, simply present your digital Sharks365 member card, which can be found in your Sharks Digital Wallet.

Please note: the Sharks365 Member Early Entry lanes are available only during the early entry period and will be available for others to use once SAP Center doors are open to the General Public

INTEREST-FREE MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS

What monthly payment plan options do you offer Sharks365 members?

Currently, we offer all Sharks365 Members the option to participate in our 12-month payment plan. Members who opt in for the payment plan will have their full membership price broken down into 12 equal monthly installments that are processed on the first business day of each month from March 1, 2024 through February 1, 2025.

Is there interest on the payment options?

No! The 12-month payment plan is interest-free and requires a valid credit or debit card on file for the auto-payment of each installment.

When will my card be charged?

All payment plan installments are charged on the first business day of each month.

PRIORITY SEAT SELECTION

What does priority seat selection mean?

All members are invited to an annual Select-A-Seat event, which offers all Sharks365 Members first access to relocate to newly available inventory for the upcoming season. You will receive an invitation to the event from your dedicated Membership Services Representative once we confirm the date and time of the event.

How is priority for Select-A-Seat determined?

Your priority is determined by tenure.
