SAP Center Executive Chef, Charles Lacad, has brought his exceptional skill and creativity to San Jose for Sharks fans and concertgoers to enjoy! Most recently, Charles oversaw the menu creation, kitchen operation, and staff of Four Diamond hotels in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Previously, Charles honed his skills and rose the ranks from Sous Chef to Executive Chef at world renowned Four and Five Diamond resorts in Hawaii. Charles is extremely excited to introduce his phenomenal culinary experience to SAP Center where he hopes to deliver highest of quality fan favorites, as well as inventive dishes that will have fans lining up prior to puck drop!
