Chef Craig D. Coe has been the Executive Chef at the SAP Center at San Jose since 2003. His primary role is to oversee all culinary efforts for events at SAP Center. With over 40 years of experience as a professional chef, he brings a wealth of experience, including:
- Executive Chef at the Silicon Valley Capital Club in San Jose
- Executive Sous Chef at the Columbia Tower Club in Seattle
- Restaurant Chef at The Steak House Restaurant at Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Reno
- Regional Training Chef for GEI
Chef Coe was European-trained in classical cuisine at the Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern, loves to interact with club members, and enjoys sharing his passion for food.
