Seven players re-assinged to AHL Belleville

The Ottawa Senators reduced their roster by seven players on Sunday.

The club has loaned forward Stephen Halliday to Belleville of the American Hockey league. The following six players will be placed on waivers for the purpose of being loaned to Belleville: Jan Jenik, Hayden Hodgson, Olle Lycksell, Arthur Kaliyev, Lassi Thomson and Mads Sogaard.

The Senators will open the 2025-26 regular season on Thursday against the Tampa Bay Lightning at Benchmark International Arena.
