At this time, the Red Wings have had three home games rescheduled:

Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. You are encouraged to use the original tickets for the new game date or contact your original point of purchase to discuss all available options. You can utilize your tickets to attend the game, transfer/forward or resell.

Please Note: Tickets for the originally scheduled February 23 game vs. Philadelphia CANNOT be used for the new opponent of Colorado on February 23.

Single-game tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster.com will be valid for the rescheduled date.

Ticketmaster buyers will receive an email detailing all options, including instructions for submitting an online refund request.

If you purchased through the Red Wings Ticket Sales & Service Office or at the XFINITY Box Office, you can call 313.471.7575 for further assistance.

NHL Ticket Exchange buyers will receive an email from Ticketmaster detailing all options, including instructions for submitting an online refund request.

Tickets purchased through a resale site (StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, etc.) will be subject to the policies of that ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.

NHL Ticket Exchange buyers can request a refund through their online Ticketmaster account. If a request is submitted for your seats, the transaction will be reversed. You will be notified by Ticketmaster and your seats will appear in your My Red Wings Account. If a refund is not requested, the tickets will remain with the buyer and you will receive your payment after the game is played.

The games will still appear in your My Red Wings Account. If a game is ever postponed and awaiting a new date announcement, it will appear last in your list of upcoming games.
