Fleury played the majority of the 2017-18 season with the Hurricanes and had eight assists in 67 games. He split the following season between Carolina and the AHL and helped Charlotte win the Calder Cup with two goals and four assists in 11 playoff games.
He again landed a full-time role with the Hurricanes in 2019-20 and scored his first NHL goal against the Anaheim Ducks on Oct. 18, 2019.
Fleury's younger brother, Cale, was selected by the Montreal Canadiens in the third round (No. 87) of the 2017 NHL Draft.
