2024-25 Territory Member Ticket Trade Program Guidelines & Details

The 2024-25 Ticket Trade Program will open following the pre-season games. Include bullet: Blackout Dates: there will be games not available to trade into for the 2024-25 season, including but not limited to the Home Opener, New York Rangers, Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens, additional games may apply.

Ticket Trade Steps

1. Log in to your SeatGeek Florida Panthers Account Manager site using your credentials

2. Select “Offers" at the top of the web page & scroll down to “Panthers- Exchange Your Tickets!” and select “Exchange Tickets”

3. Select the game you would like to trade out of

4. Select the seat(s) you would like to trade out of the game you selected and click “view replacement events” located at the bottom of the page

5. Select the game you would like to trade into from the list of events and click “Continue to seat selection” 

6. Select your new seats from the interactive seating map, then click “Exchange Seat” on the left-hand side of the screen

7. Proceed by providing your billing information and click “Continue to Review”. A fee will be due for trading into a higher tiered game or seat location

8. Review the exchange and click on “Confirm Exchange”

Ticket Trade FAQs

Will I be able to trade parking as well?

Yes, parking will need to be traded separately as it will not automatically trade.

Can a trade be completed after I have transferred game tickets to someone?

No, ALL ticket trades must be completed in the Primary Account Holder's account.

Will my Member Discount work at the games I trade into?

Member discounts are available for all regular home season games including games not in your Premier Plan.

Can we trade into lower tier games?

Members are able to downgrade the value of their ticket value base on game tier or location. Please contact your dedicated Membership Services Account Manager before 48 business hours prior to puck drop of the game you are trading out of.

When does the Ticket Trade Program start?

Each season the Ticket Trade program opens following our last home pre-season game. For the 2023-24 season, Ticket Trade will open on Monday, October 16th and will end 48 hours before the last game of the season.

Am I able to trade tickets myself or do I go through my rep?

All Ticket Trades must be completed online through SeatGeek Account Manager.

Can I trade my tickets for different seats for the same game?

Yes, you can relocate to a different location of the same or greater value based on availability.

If I trade my tickets into a game, can I move the tickets I already have for that game to have my group sit together?

Two different ticket trades will be required. After trading into the game, trade all seats into a block large enough to accommodate the party without leaving a single seat.

Can I trade 1 ticket to one game and 1 to another?

Territory Members can split their membership into different games but cannot leave a single seat when completing a ticket trade.

Will we be able to trade through the app?

Ticket Trades are not available through the Florida Panthers app but can be completed through the Florida Panthers SeatGeek Account Manager.

Will there be fees when trading?

Ticket Trades are a member benefit and will not have fees associated with trade of equal value. However, a 2.8% credit card fee will be charged for each upgrade transaction.
