To qualify, you must be the primary account holder on your Membership, have attended 75%+ of Panthers home games, resold no more than 50% of your tickets, and be considered a "Passionate with a Purpose" Territory Member of good standing.

Fifteen Territory Members will be selected after the Membership Services leadership team reviews all submitted applications. The cohort is built for diverse representation across plan type, seating tier, tenure, geography, ticket use, and demographics.

The program will consist of four in-season meetings and one off-season meeting. Attendance is required for at least four out of the five meetings. The in-season meetings will be held before Florida Panthers home games. It is also expected that a two-year term will be served.

Ambassadors are expected to share their own feedback and the feedback of those around them, as they represent the voice of the Membership base. Responsibilities expected of Ambassadors include attending a minimum of four out of the five meetings throughout the year, serving a two-year term, submitting agenda items ahead of each session, and conducting yourself in a manner that represents the Florida Panthers brand positively, both at meetings and publicly. All Ambassadors are required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to program participation.

Yes — being an ambassador isn't for everyone. All Territory Members are encouraged to submit feedback to help shape each meeting's agenda, and post-meeting notes will be shared here as well.
