Rob Stevenson - Chief Operating Officer


Rob Stevenson was named Chief Operating Officer on Aug. 27, 2025 after serving as Executive Vice President of People and Facilities since July 2022. As a member of the executive staff, Stevenson won back-to-back Stanley Cups with Florida in 2024 and 2025.
Stevenson oversees Operations, Facilities Management, Event Services, Live Entertainment, Hospitality and the Panthers IceDen and FTL War Memorial complex for the Florida Panthers.
Stevenson has led the charge in arena renovations to strategically maintain the health of the building, improve fan experience, drive revenues and improve enterprise-wide efficiencies. He has also reshaped organizational design and human capital strategy, strengthening culture and ensuring that Panthers-operated facilities are a resource for the entire community.
Prior to joining the organization, Stevenson served as the vice president of Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management. Most recently, he led market intelligence recruitment efforts at global asset management firm Point72.
After graduating from Navy Officer Candidate School, Stevenson served two tours in Afghanistan with SEAL Team TWO, earning a Bronze Star Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army and Navy Commendation Medals. He is currently a Commander serving as a SEAL in the US Navy Reserve.
Stevenson earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Russian from Amherst College while serving as co-captain on the men's ice hockey team and his MBA from Yale School of Management.
Stevenson currently resides in Boca Raton with his wife Kristen and their children Jackson, Fitzgerald, Milo and Luna.
