• No Outside Alcohol, food, beverages, or non-prescription drugs

• No Metal bottles or cups

• No Drugs, including medical marijuana, or illegal substances 

• No Brooms 

• No Flags, banners, or signs that obstruct views 

• No Animals, except Certified Service Animals 

• No Masks (masks are defined as forms of disguise or concealment worn over or in front of the face to hide the identity of the person)

• Any other item deemed potentially dangerous or unsuitable by Arena security or the NHL is prohibited

• Any item deemed dangerous or distracting by the arena, team or production is prohibited

\\Law enforcement personnel or guests that are not present in an official capacity and working on behalf of Amerant Bank Arena, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas and knives. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will not be permitted entry into the arena.

• All guests entering with diaper bags, breast pump bags, and bags needed for medical purposes are subject to visual search and x-ray screening upon entry. 
• All permitted bags are subject to visual and/or X-Ray screening upon entry. 
• Storage of prohibited bags inside or near the Arena is not available. 
• All guests shall go through security screening each time 
• All guests are subject to walk-through metal detectors.  
• Wrapped gifts must be pre-approved by the arena.

Bag lockers are available outside the Amerant Bank Arena main entrance at the bottom of the Publix Plaza stairs and adjacent to the main North and South Walkways.

• Guests who engage in disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures are subject to ejection from the event.  
• Guests shall refrain from using abusive language or gestures when interacting with staff and will abide by all applicable laws. 
• Guests shall consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. 
• Guests shall sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested. 
• Guests shall not engage in fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the playing or performing surface. 
• Guests shall not smoke in the arena or ticketed outdoor spaces. Guests who do so will be immediately ejected from the arena. 
• Guests shall comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures. 
• Guests shall not exit and re-enter the building after scanning tickets. 
• Unauthorized filming. 
• Opening umbrellas inside the arena.
