Panthers Street Hockey League

Join us for the Panthers Street Hockey League's inaugural season! The PSHL offers kids ages 8-14 an opportunity to play organized street hockey right in their local community – no skates required, just sneakers! Player registration fees include 13 weeks of games and practices and your very own t-shirt jersey! Continue to develop your skills and compete for the league championship. Spots are limited, sign up today!

League Overview

Season: 13 weeks

Rink Location: Plantation Central Park 

Divisions:

U11 (8-11 Years Old) Tuesdays    

  • Cross Rink 4v4 gameplay with Goalies

U14 (12-14 Years Old) Thursdays 

  • Full Rink 5v5 gameplay with Goalies
Games

Games: 10 total games per season + playoffs

U11 (8-11 Years Old) 

  • Every Tuesday from September 15th – November 17th
    • 6:00pm – 8:00pm

U14 (12-14 Years Old) 

  • Every Thursday from September 17th – November 19th

Playoffs 

Tuesday, December 1st – Thursday, December 3rd

Practices

Practices: Bi-weekly group practices on Wednesdays

Dates: September 9th, September 23rd, October 7th, October 21st, November 4th, November 18th

  • U11 (8-11 Years Old)

    • 6:00pm – 6:45pm
  • U14 (12-14 Years Old)

    • 7:00pm – 7:45pm
Required Gear
  • Stick 

  • Helmet 

  • Gloves 

  • Shin Guards 

  • Elbow pads (recommended by not required)

  • Goalie Equipment (free rental gear for games or purchase your own) 

Player equipment and goalie equipment available for purchase during registration.

Eligible Participants: 

  • All interested kids ages 8-14 (no prior hockey experience required)

  • Register as an individual we will place you on a team!

With Friends

  • During registration, request up to 2 friends you would like to play on a team with. Not guaranteed but we will do our best to put you on the same team.

Interested in coaching? Volunteer coaches will receive 25-50% off their child(s) registration. Please reach out to us directly if interested.

By committing to coaching a team you are responsible for attending more than 75% of team scheduled events, both practices and games. Please review our coaches’ Code of Conduct prior to the season beginning. We hold the right to rescind your coaching status if necessary.

Refund Policy: 

  • Refunds may be provided up to one week prior to first scheduled practice session.

Weather Policy: 

  • Management reserves the right to postpone games up to and through their scheduled start time based on weather conditions. Any game canceled due to inclement weather will look to be rescheduled. Please see our league Rulebook for more information on our Weather Policy.
