|Friday, March 1st||Midnight Sun Festival||This festival was first celebrated in Lake Worth's Bryant Park in 1983. From 1983 to 1998, the festival was called "Finlandia Days" and in 1999 it was renamed. Midnight Sun Festival, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Florida Corporation run entirely by volunteers. Any proceeds left over after expenses are paid will be used to send a Florida child to summer camp in Bemidji, Minnesota, at the Salolampi Finnish Language Village.|
|Saturday, March 2nd||Spirit Walk for the Animals||In its 29th year, the Walk for the Animals has become a highly anticipated event in Broward County, Florida. It is a day of celebration for our loyal Walkers, thanking them for their months of hard work fundraising to help support the animals in our care and the programs and services that we offer. Because of the generosity of our community and local businesses, the 2018 Walk netted over $570,000.|

|Sunday, March 3rd||I Care I Cure…I Run||The I Care I Cure Childhood Cancer Foundation supports the development of, and raises public awareness about, cutting-edge, targeted therapies for childhood cancer, so that the treatment of childhood cancer will be gentler and more tolerable. By educating the public about scientific breakthroughs in genetic childhood cancer research that are within reach but seriously underfunded, we can quickly raise money to fund research grants and provide seed money to researchers for new studies.|

|Thursday, March 7th||Funky Buddha Watch Party||Join us in supporting your Florida Panthers as they play against the Boston Bruins at 7:00PM. Funky Buddha will be giving away a pint of Gloves Off IPA to everyone in Panther's or Funky Buddha gear, if the panther's win!|

|Saturday, March 16th||Fort Lauderdale St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival||Get ready to paint the town green! The Fort Lauderdale St. Patrick's Parade and Festival will return Saturday, March 16, 2019 to the streets of downtown Fort Lauderdale featuring fun and excitement for the entire family!|

|Saturday, March 24th||Greater Fort Lauderdale Food and Wine Festival||Sunday concludes the Greater Fort Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival with a fun-filled day for the entire family. Round up the family, chairs, and blankets for a good cause as we host a food drive that will benefit Feeding South Florida and a toy drive that will benefit Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. This FREE event promises to be a fun-filled day with local food trucks, children's activities and live music. ALL AGES WELCOMED.|
