What if I don’t select my playoff payment plan before April 1?

Your playoff seats will be released from your account and made available to other Oilers fans for purchase.

When will I be charged for my playoff seats?

Your first playoff payment will be processed upon the Oilers clinching a playoff spot or April 8, whichever is first. Subsequent payments will be processed according to your payment plan selection. Your payment plan selection is visible on your 2026 Stanley Cup Playoff Invoice in your Oilers Account Manager.

What happens when I select the Pay By Round or Pay In Full payment plan and then games are not played?

If any playoff games are not played, any payments made toward those games will be applied as an account credit after the playoffs conclude.

Can I use account credit from unplayed playoff games to pay for future playoff games?

No, account credit from unplayed playoff games will not be added to your account until the playoffs conclude. You can use your account credit from unplayed games towards your seats for next season or you can request a refund for the playoff credit amount.

Can I purchase additional seats for playoffs?

If you opt-in to your playoff seats, should additional playoff tickets become available, you will receive information via email on the opportunity to purchase additional tickets.

Can I relocate my seats for playoffs?

Playoff access is tied to your current season seat location, so seats cannot be relocated for playoff games. If you’re hoping to move for next season, you can let us know by selecting yes on the relocation question on your renewal invoice.

Can I cancel my playoff seat commitment once the playoffs begin?

Once you select a payment plan, your playoff seats are secured for all playoff games included in your season seat package and cannot be cancelled.

Can I change my playoff payment plan once the playoffs begin?

Yes, if you would like to update your payment plan, please contact your Account Coordinator directly or our Season Seat Services team at [email protected].

How do I opt-in for Season Seat Relocation?

During the renewal process, you’ll be asked if you’d like the option to relocate your seats for next season. Select “Yes” to opt in and participate in the relocation event. There’s no obligation to move your seats if you decide to stay where you are.

What if I am unsure if I want to relocate?

If you’d like to keep your options open, select “Yes” to the relocation question on your renewal invoice. This will allow you to participate in the relocation event and view available seating options. There’s no obligation to move your seats if you decide to stay where you are.

When can I relocate my season seats?

Our season seat relocation event will take place later this spring. We’ll email you as soon as the date is confirmed with details on when and how you can explore available seat options.

There are seats available for sale right now that I would like to move to. Can I relocate right now?

If you can see seats available right now that you would like to secure for next season, please contact your Account Coordinator directly or our Season Seat Services team at [email protected].

How do I get my Evan Bouchard Lithograph voucher?

Log in to your LOILTY Rewards account in the Rogers Place App to redeem your Season Seat Holder Exclusive Lithograph reward. Once logged in, go to the "Rewards" section and find the 2026 LIMITED EDITION EVAN BOUCHARD LITHOGRAPH and click "Redeem" to place your order. No LOILTY points will be deducted from your account.

Where do I pick up my Evan Bouchard Lithograph?

Once you have redeemed your lithograph through LOILTY Rewards, you will receive an email with your pickup instructions. This year you can pick up your lithograph at one of our three pick up locations:

  • ICE District Authentics located in ICE District Plaza
  • Rogers Place Box Office located in Ford Hall
  • Season Seat Holder HQ located behind Section 129
What if I haven’t activated my LOILTY Rewards account?

To activate your LOILTY Rewards account, visit LOILTYrewards.com and log in using the same email address and password you use to manage your season seats by clicking the “Continue with Oilers Account Manager” button.
