Can I choose specific seats?
You will be able to choose from the best available seat options at your time of purchase.
How will I receive my Power Pack tickets?
Power Pack tickets will be available on your Oilers Account Manager account. Using your email and password, you can login and manage your tickets quickly and easily:
- View your games
- Forward tickets to friends or family at no charge
- Sell your tickets online through NHL Ticket Exchange
- Edit your profile
- Change your password

Can I buy a Power Pack in a Barrier Free location?
Yes, all Power Packs will have seating available in Barrier Free locations at Rogers Place (based on availability at time of purchase). Please contact our Ticketing and Customer Service Team at 780-414-GOAL (4625) for more information.
Is there a limit on the number of Power Packs I can purchase?
All Power Pack purchasers are limited to five (5) seats in any one Power Pack. There are no seat limits when purchasing Value Packs and Pre-Season Packs.
How will I access my tickets to enter the game?
Fans will access tickets for mobile entry via the Rogers Place App or Oilers Account Manager. For the best experience, add to your ticket to your digital wallet prior to coming to your event. You are no longer able to access tickets via your mobile browser.
