Oilers Hockey Institute will challenge an athlete both physically and mentally, helping them reach their hockey goals. Each session is led by world class instructors and includes on and off ice components with video analysis and nutrition / training tips. Not recommended for those who don't already possess a strong technical skill base.
Skate to success at the Oilers Hockey School where grassroots players receive high-calibre instruction from the pros. World-class instructors provide balance, featuring both on- and off-ice instruction including skating, shooting, core skills and daily strength conditioning and information sessions.
With the highest average 50/50 prize of all Canadian NHL teams, the opportunity is very enticing. The Oilers Skills Competition presented by Rogers hits the ice at Rogers Place on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 1:00 PM. Seating is reserved for $15 in the lower bowl and $12 in the upper bowl, with net proceeds benefiting the EOCF and the NHLPA Goals & Dreams Fund.
The Oilers Hockey Clinic presented by ATCO took place in Grande Prairie May 26-28, 2017. The 9th annual clinic included a complimentary community BBQ, Oilers player and alumni appearances, and full schedule of weekend activities for the lucky minor hockey participants.
Lil' Oilers is a Learn to Play initiative that is designed to introduce youth aged five to six to the great game of hockey. All participants receive new complimentary hockey equipment, as well as world class on-ice instruction from Oilers alumni and local hockey experts.
