The first season of hockey for the Vegas Golden Knights was a rousing success, and with a few tweaks to the cast, they hope the happy days will continue.

To usher in their second season in the NHL, the Golden Knights have made a gloriously cheesy video called "Hockey Days," a takeoff of the intro to the hit sitcom "Happy Days," which ran from 1974-84.

Several players who helped Vegas make history by reaching the Stanley Cup Final as an expansion team have goofy close-ups in the video's opening credits: defensemen Deryk Engelland and Jon Merrill, goalie Marc-Andre Fleury, and forwards Jonathan Marchessault, Alex Tuch and William Karlsson , who checks out his magnificent hair in the mirror, in a nod to the show's Fonzie character.
Newcomers Nick Holden, Max Pacioretty and Paul Stastny join them in getting the Hollywood treatment; Stastny's credit reads, "And introducing Paul Stastny," and Pacioretty's reads, "And Max Pacioretty as Max Pacioretty."
The Golden Knights' Season Two premiere is against the Philadelphia Flyers at T-Mobile Arena on Thursday (10 p.m. ET; NBCSN, SN, SN360, SN1, TVAS, NBCSP).
