\Heinz Field encourages fans not to bring any type of bags. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
· Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" X 6" X 12".
· Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, or 4.5" X 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
· An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate.

\Will-call tickets can be picked up at the ticket office located at Gate B, on the East side of Heinz Field. A valid ID that matches the will-call name is required to receive tickets. No third party will-call will be accepted.
Stadium Series Box Office Hours (all times are local):
Thursday, Feb. 23: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 24: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 25: 4 p.m. - end of 1 Intermission
\Children under the age of two (2) do not require a ticket to attend provided they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the game. Any child who has celebrated their second birthday will need a ticket to enter the building. Fans are required to carry their tickets with them at all times.
\Exit and re-entry is not permitted at Heinz Field. In case of a medical emergency, please proceed to the Guest Services Kiosk at Gate B.
