PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Penguins defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2 in overtime in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Final at Consol Energy Center on Monday.

Game 3 of this best-of-7 series, which is tied 1-1, is at Amalie Arena on Wednesday (8 p.m. ET; NBCSN, CBC, TVA Sports).
Here is a look inside the in-game and in-series matchup between Lightning forward Jonathan Drouin and Penguins forward Phil Kessel:

Goals: Drouin 1; Kessel 1
Assists: Drouin 0; Kessel 0
Points: Drouin 1; Kessel 1
Ice time: Drouin 19:37; Kessel 14:47
Key intangible stat: Drouin played nearly 19 minutes at even strength and had five hits. Kessel tied a career high with his sixth goal of the Stanley Cup Playoffs midway through the first period. He had six goals in 11 postseason games with the Boston Bruins in 2009.

Best moment: Tampa Bay overcame a two-goal deficit in the first period and Drouin tied it in the final minute when he took a pass from JT Brown in the neutral zone and raced into Pittsburgh's end against Penguins defenseman Trevor Daley. Before Daley could get his stick across to defend, Drouin sent a wrist shot from the right circle that beat Penguins goalie Matt Murray to the far side to make it 2-2 with 49.2 seconds left in the period. The goal extended Drouin's point streak to three games.
Series stat line (goals-assists-points): Drouin 2-0-2; Kessel 1-1-2
