At 17:31 of the third period in the Hurricanes/Predators game, the Situation Room initiated a video review to further examine if the puck completely crossed the Carolina goal line. The Situation Room determined that the puck completely crossed the goal line. However, The Referee informed the Situation Room that he had "no goal" on the ice because of the incidental contact between Brian Boyle and Petr Mrazek.
Nashville then requested a Coach's Challenge to review the "Interference on the Goalkeeper" decision that resulted in a "no goal" call.
