Stars' Niemi replaces Lehtonen in goal

Goalie Antti Niemi started the second period for the Dallas Stars against the St. Louis Blues in Game 2 of their Western Conference Second Round series at American Airlines Center on Sunday.
Niemi replaced Kari Lehtonen who allowed three goals on five shots in the first period, including two goals on the first two shots he faced.

Blues forward Patrick Berglund scored at 4:11 and defenseman Joel Edmundson scored less than three minutes later at 7:02. Forward Troy Brower scored at 18:40 to give the Blues a 3-1 lead after the first period.
The Stars lead the best-of-7 series, 1-0.
