Heritage joined the Lightning in 2016 and quickly became active in the team's charity-minded efforts. That involvement has been highlighted by Heritage serving as the annual presenting partner of Coop's Catch for Kids, a charity fishing derby put on by head coach Jon Cooper benefitting pediatric cancer research and patient services. The event raised more than $180,000 this past year alone. Heritage will continue to support Coop's Catch for Kids, even enhancing their involvement in future years.
As part of their new Championship Level partnership benefits, Heritage will continue to grow their community involvement, becoming the Lightning's very first outdoor street hockey rink naming rights partner for the Oldsmar Lightning Street Hockey Rink, presented by Heritage Insurance. This is one of 10 local rinks being constructed as part of the Build the Thunder and Connect the Thunder programs. The rink will provide countless hours of training and programing for kids of all ages.
In addition, Heritage will also receive entitlement of the Heritage Loft at AMALIE Arena. The loft is an exclusive party area for 40-125 guests located on the Club Level of the building. It features an open atmosphere with food and beverage, promising an exciting and memorable game or show experience.
