Do I have to relocate my seats?

No, you are welcome to keep your existing season seats if you don't see something that matches your request at this time. You can contact us at TicketServices@winnipegjets.com or (204) 926-5511 with any questions.

Do I have to sign a new Seat Holder Agreement to relocate my seats?

Yes, a new three (3) year Seat Holder Agreement will need to be signed and returned to complete the relocation process.

When will I be provided my relocation wave time?

Season Seat Holders with a previous relocation request on file will receive an email approximately 48 hours prior to the commencement of their Relocation Wave time. Please note, you will not be able to relocate your season seats if you click the link prior to your scheduled and communicated Wave time.

How should I prepare for my relocation window?

We strongly advocate for informed participation during the Relocation window. Please read and familiarize yourself with these FAQs, and if possible, also share them with your Season Seat sharing group. To view the seating map and pricing for the 2021-22 season CLICK HERE

How do I select my seat(s)?

To aid you in selecting a new seat location, we are pleased to introduce our new Virtual Venue tool - a three-dimensional representation of Canada Life Centre rendered with great attention to detail - allowing you to experience the view from hundreds of angles, using either your desktop or laptop computer, or your mobile device such as a phone or tablet. Please follow the step-by-step instructions in the email containing your Wave time.

Can I use the virtual venue tool to compare seats?

Yes, you can select and compare up to three unique seat locations. Use the COMPARE SEATS button to remember a seat location. Click the BACK button within the map, not your browser, to return to an overhead view where you can select additional seat locations for comparison. Please keep in mind that until you click ADD TO CART, other Season Seat Holders can select that seat location, as the locations are not reserved while you are comparing.

How do I relocate to accessible seating, or relocate within accessible seating?

If you are unable to find accessible seating to complete your relocation, please contact our Account Services Team at TicketServices@winnipegjets.com or (204) 926-5511.

Can I relocate my season seat package between a full- and half-season package?

Yes, you can exchange your Half-Season Seat Package into a Full-Season, and vice versa. Be aware that each category of seat package is associated to a specific seating inventory. You may not relocate between seat packages while maintaining your current seat location.

Can I relocate my seat(s) more than once during this relocation window?

No, you cannot. Season Seat Holders interested in additional opportunities to relocate will be provided more information for the 2022 Relocation window.

Can I still come down to see the seats in-preson at Canada Life Centre?

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Life Centre is not currently open to the public.

Single Seat Season Holder

Season Seat Holders with a previous relocation request on file will receive an email approximately 48 hours prior to the commencement of their Relocation Wave time. Can I relocate the single seat on my account as well as one adjacent to mine?

No, each Single Seat Season Seat Holder must relocate their own seat using the Virtual Venue tool. It is not possible for you to relocate an adjacent single seat on another Season Seat Holder's behalf.

Can I leave a single seat open beside me when I relocate?

Yes, if you are anticipating leaving a space for a Single Seat Season Seat Holder to move to the seat location directly adjacent to the location for which you have made your Season Seat deposit. Be aware that the Winnipeg Jets, at our discretion, may adjust your relocation request in order to create a pair of sellable seats within any given row.

Will my relocation wave time be different than the seat holder(s) adjacent to me?

Single Seat Season Seat Holder groups with adjacent seats will have matching Relocation Wave times in order to provide the best experience during the Relocation window.

Payment

The deposit for my new seats is greater than the deposit of my current seats. Do I have to pay anything?

Yes, if the deposit for your new Season Seat(s) is greater than the deposit for your previous Season Seat(s), you must make a full payment to complete the Relocation.

The deposit for my new seats is equal to the deposit for my current seats. Do I have to pay anything?

No, if the deposit for your new Season Seat(s) is equal to the deposit for your previous Season Seat(s), there will be no additional charge for this relocation.

The deposit for my new seats is less than the deposit for my current seats. Do I receive a credit?

Yes, if the deposit for your new Season Seat(s) is less than the deposit for your previous Season Seat(s), you will receive an account credit for this relocation. A member of our Account Services Team will reach out directly to discuss your account.
