WINNIPEG, March 30, 2026 – The Winnipeg Jets will host their third annual Parkinson’s Awareness Night presented by KFC on Saturday, April 11 when the Jets face the Philadelphia Flyers. The game falls on the global observance of World Parkinson’s Day, which has been recognized since 1997. The game will raise funds and awareness for the Movement Disorder Clinic (MDC) at Deer Lodge Centre and U-Turn Parkinson’s (U-TurnPD), a wellness centre providing services and support to those in Manitoba living with the world’s fastest growing degenerative neurological illness. The Jets’ Parkinson’s Awareness game also coincides with U-TurnPD’s 10th anniversary as a resource to the local PD community. Winnipeg Jets forward Kyle Connor is personally connected to the cause and is an ambassador for the Parkinson’s Awareness initiative.
